What you need to Get:

Leftover Pork Stroganoff

+ 125g baby leaf spinach

+ 1 sheet puff pastry

+ 1 egg beaten

+ Mash and greens, to serve

What you need to do:

1.Preheat oven to 180 °C (Fan-forced)

 

2. Place leftover Pork Stroganoff (click here for the recipe) in an ovenproof baking dish. Add spinach leaves to the dish, stir to combine.

 

3. Cover the baking dish with puff pastry. Spread the pastry to the edge of the dish and trim off with a knife. Make small holes in the top to let steam out and brush over with beaten egg.

 

4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until the pastry is golden.

 

5. While the Pie is baking in the oven, prepare your choice of side.
