Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
What you need to Get:
Your favourite Bruemar Pork product
+ 8 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
+ 150g cream cheese, softened
+ ½ cup parmesan, grated
+ ¼ cup fresh herbs such as rosemary, thyme or parsley, chopped
+ 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
+ Salt and pepper
+ 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
+ Olive oil spray
What you need to do:
1. Combine cream cheese, parmesan and fresh herbs in a bowl. Season with smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Spoon cheese mixture into the mushrooms. Top with breadcrumbs and spray with olive oil.
2. Preheat a grill to medium heat. Place the mushrooms on the hot grill. Cover and let them cook for 10 to 12 minutes until they are cooked through.
3. While the mushrooms are cooking, prepare your preferred Bruemar Pork Steak according to packet instructions. Serve immediately.
