PULLED PORK SLIDERS

WHat you need to get:
2 kg Bruemar Collar Butt
+ 1 tablespoon chilli powder
+ 1 teaspoon garlic powder
+ 1 teaspoon brown sugar
+ 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
+ 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
+ 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
+ 3/4 cup orange juice
+ 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
+ 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
+ Coleslaw salad
+ 12 Mini Brioche buns
What you need to do:
Combine the rub ingredients, then rub all over Pork.
Roast in the oven for 1 hour at 180° C (Fan forced).
Meanwhile combine vinegar, orange juice and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Take Pork out of the oven, spread onions over the top. Then pour the vinegar mixture over the Pork. Cover tightly with foil and return to the oven.
Roast for another 2 ½ hours on 160° C, or until the pork is tender and easy to shred with a fork.
To serve, place the Pulled Pork onto the bottom half of each bun, and top with some slaw.
