PULLED PORK NACHOS
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET:
+ 500g pulled pork
+ Tortilla chips
+ 1 Red onion, sliced
+ 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
+ 1 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
+ 400g Diced tomato
+ Sour cream
+ 1 jar salsa mix
+ 1 bunch fresh coriander, finely chopped
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
Using a cast-iron pan or other oven-safe dish, assemble the nachos layer by layer by adding the following:
Chips, pork, onion, salsa, and cheese. Repeat as desired for additional layers. Add a final layer of diced tomato.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Top with sour cream and coriander.
