Pork Steaks with
Mixed Cabbage Slaw

WHat you need to get:

1 Pack Bruemar Pork Loin Steaks with Dijon Mustard and Herb Seasoning

+ 2 carrots, grated

+ ¼ red cabbage, shredded

+ ½ white cabbage, shredded

+ 1 can corn kernels (250g)

+ grated parmesan cheese, optional



+ ¼ cup cider vinegar

+ 2 tablespoons oil

+ 1 ½ tablespoons white sugar

+ 1 tablespoon mustard

+ 1 pinch of salt


What you need to do:

  1. Combine carrots, red and white cabbage and corn in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl whisk together cider vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and salt. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and carefully combine.

  2. Meanwhile place Steaks in to a medium heat fry pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side, turning only once. Thinly slice Pork Steaks.

  3. Assemble the salad on a serving platter and top with Steaks strips. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
