Pork Steaks with
Mixed Cabbage Slaw

WHat you need to get:
1 Pack Bruemar Pork Loin Steaks Pepper, Garlic & Honey
+ 2 carrots, grated
+ ¼ red cabbage, shredded
+ ½ white cabbage, shredded
+ 1 can corn kernels (250g)
+ grated parmesan cheese, optional
Dressing
+ ¼ cup cider vinegar
+ 2 tablespoons oil
+ 1 ½ tablespoons white sugar
+ 1 tablespoon mustard
+ 1 pinch of salt
What you need to do:
Combine carrots, red and white cabbage and corn in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl whisk together cider vinegar, oil, sugar, mustard and salt. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and carefully combine.
Meanwhile place Steaks in to a medium heat fry pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side, turning only once. Thinly slice Pork Steaks.
Assemble the salad on a serving platter and top with Steaks strips. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
