PORK STEAK SANDWICH
with Wedges

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET:

1 Pack Bruemar Pork Scotch Steaks with Parmesan and Sage
+ 2 tablespoons olive oil

 

+ 400g potatoes
+ 2 teaspoons Italian herb seasoning
+ salt and pepper
+ fresh rosemary, chopped

+ 1 Roma tomato, sliced
+ 120g rocket leaves
+ 2 Turkish rolls
+ mayonnaise
+ tomato relish

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

1.Cut the potatoes into wedges and place in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain over cold water, and completely dry the potatoes. Spread wedges onto a line baking sheet, skin-side down. Drizzle with olive oil, Italian herbs, generously season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle rosemary over the top. Bake in the oven under the grill for about 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.

 

2. In the meantime, cook the Pork Steaks according to packet instructions: Remove all packaging & set butter discs aside. Place steaks into a greased medium heat skillet. Cook steaks for 5 minutes on each side, turning only once. Place on a plate, cover with foil. 5 minutes later, thinly slice the Pork Steaks.

 

3. Cut Turkish rolls into half. Toast lightly. Spread the bottom piece generously with mayonnaise. Top with rocket, Pork and tomato slices. Spread the top roll with your favourite relish then place on top.

 

4. Serve with potato wedges on the side.
