Pork Scotch Steaks andAsparagus Sauté
What you need to get:
2 Pack Pork Scotch Steaks with Parmesan and Sage
+ 2 tablespoons olive oil
+ 3 bunches asparagus, sliced on an angle
+ 1 bunch green onions, sliced
+ 1/2 cup dry white wine
What you need to do:
1. Remove all packaging & set butter discs aside. Place steaks into a greased medium heat skillet. Cook steaks for 4 minutes on each side, turning only once. Place on a plate, cover with foil.
2. To the same skillet, add the asparagus and green onions. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Reduce to low heat and nestle Pork steaks into the asparagus. Place butter disks in the mixture, stir and heat for another 2-3 minutes.
