PORK BELLY BITES
in Lettuce CUps
What you need to Get:
1 Pack Marinated Pork Belly Bites with
Smokey BBQ Flavoured Sauce
+ 8 baby cos lettuce leaves
+ 1 carrot, grated
+ 1 cup Alfalfa sprouts
+ 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced
+ sesame seeds to garnish
What you need to do:
1. Preheat oven to 150 °C (fan forced). Remove outer packaging and set aside sauce sachet for later use. Remove belly bites from pouch and place onto a baking rack on an ovenable dish. Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 45 minutes.
2. Remove belly bites from oven and transfer to a clean baking dish. Pour the contents of the sauce sachet evenly over the meat, stirring through and cook for a further 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
3. Place lettuce leaves on a platter. Fill with carrot, alfalfa sprouts and Pork Belly bites. Drizzle with extra sauce, chilli and sesame seeds.
