Pork Banh Mi Bowl

What you need to get:

1 Pack Bruemar Loin Steaks

+ 200g Rice noodles
+ 1 carrot, grated
+ 1 lebanese cucumber, sliced
+ ½ avocado, diced
+ ¼ cup spring onions, chopped

+ ¼ cup coriander leaves
+ 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
+ Cashew nuts 

What you need to do:

  1. Cook rice noodles according to pack instructions

  2. Meanwhile place Steaks in to a medium heat fry pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side, turning only once. Thinly slice Pork Steaks.

  3. Start assembling by placing the rice noodles in a bowl. Top with carrots, cucumber and avocado.

  4. Garnish with spring onions, coriander leaves and cashew nuts. Serve with a squeeze of lime juice and sauce over the top, if desired.
