Pork and Prawn Noodles

What you need to get:

500 g Bruemar Pork Topside, cut into strips

+ 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

+ 2 garlic cloves, minced


+ 200 g vermicelli noodles
+ 4 spring onions, sliced

+ 3 carrots, cut into matchsticks

+ 4 cups Chinese cabbage, shredded

+ 125 g edamame beans, drained and rinsed

+ 150 g cooked prawns

+ ¼ cup black bean sauce

What you need to do:

1.  Place noodles in a large bowl and pour over boiling water. Stand for 5 minutes. Drain and keep warm.

2. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a wok or large deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Add Pork strips and garlic until Pork has browned on all sides. Add onions, carrots, cabbage and edamame beans and stir-fry for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

3. Add prawns and cook for 2 minutes. At the end, add black bean sauce and noodles to finish off, stir until heated through.
