What you need to Get:

1kg Pork Belly, rindless

+ 3/4 cup barbecue sauce

+ 1/4 cup maple syrup

+ 3 teaspoons smoked paprika

+ 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder

+ 2 teaspoons onion powder

What you need to do:

1. Combine barbecue sauce, maple syrup, paprika, onion and chilli in a small bowl.

 

2. Rub 3/4 of the marinade all over the Pork and place in a plastic container. Cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours or overnight. Keep the remaining marinade.

 

3. Preheat oven to 180 °C (Fan Forced). Cook for 60 minutes, remove from oven and pour over remaining marinade.

 

4. Cook for a further 15 minutes, or until cooked through. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
