LETTUCE WITH GRAPES AND PECAN
What you need to Get:
Your favourite Bruemar Pork product
+ 2 cos hearts lettuce, shredded
+ 1 zucchini, peeled into ribbons
+ 1 avocado, diced200g red grapes, halved
+ 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
+ 1 cup Pecan nuts, toasted and crushed
+ 100g Feta cheese, cut into cubes
Maple & Vinegar Dressing
+ 2 tablespoon maple syrup
+ 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
+ 2 tablespoon olive oil
+ 1 garlic clove, minced
+ Salt and pepper
What you need to do:
1. Cook your preferred Bruemar Pork Steaks according to packet instructions.
2. While the Pork is cooking, prepare the salad ingredients. Place lettuce, zucchini, avocado, grapes and red onion in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, red wine vinegar, olive oil and garlic, season with salt and pepper.
3. Top salad with feta and pecan nuts, gently toss to combine. Drizzle with dressing to serve.
