Lebanese inspired flatbread with
Pork Loin Strips

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET:
1 Pack Bruemar Pork Loin Steaks Pepper, Garlic & Honey, sliced into 1 cm thick strips
+ 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
+ 6 mushrooms, sliced thinly
+ 1 small red onion, peeled and sliced into thin rings
+ Handful of fresh mint
+ Pomegranate molasses or balsamic glaze
+ Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Pizza Flatbread Ingredients:
+ 1 1⁄2 cups spelt flour (or a Gluten Free flour)
+ Pinch of sea salt
+ 1⁄2 cup warm water
+ 1 1⁄2 tablespoons olive oil

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
1.Preheat oven to 200⁰ C.
2. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper or lightly dust a pizza stone / tray.
3. In a large mixing bowl combine the pizza flatbread ingredients with a fork. Use your hands to further combine the mixture into a soft dough is formed. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for a few minutes until the dough is smooth and round. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out into a large flatbread style shape.
3. Place the flatbread dough onto the baking tray and prick with a fork. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven and drizzle with a little olive oil. Brush the olive oil over the base of the flatbread, coating the edges.
5. Apply your toppings and bake the flatbread in the oven for 10 – 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden and crispy.
6. Remove from the oven and allow the flatbread to cool slightly before cutting into 8 pieces. Drizzle with extra pomegranate molasses or balsamic glaze to serve.
