To enter:

  1. Purchase a Bruemar Product from participating butcher store (Find full list here)

  2. Complete an entry form

  3. Attached proof of purchase

Winners will be announced every 2 months from the competition commencement date and closes on 28 December T&Cs apply. 

 

Terms & Conditions 

  1. Instructions on how to enter and prize information forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in any competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  2. The promoter is BE Campbell Pty Ltd (ABN 97 164 598 120) of 50 Redfern St Wetherill Park 2164 (Promoter).

  1. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged eighteen years or over only. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter. Persons under the age of 18 years are not considered adults and therefore are not able to enter. If a winner is discovered to be under 18, they will automatically be disqualified.

  2. Promotion commences on 12:00pm 01/03/2020 and closes on 12:00pm 28/12/2020. The winner(s) will be notified by email or direct message the day of the draw and must respond within 48 hours or the prize may be re-allocated. Relocation will be based on remaining competition entrants.

  3. To enter, entrants must submit a completed entry form into a competition box located within participating butcher shops with an attached proof of purchase relating to any Bruemar Product. Entrants are eligible to submit multiple entry forms but are limited to one (1) entry per day per purchase.

  4. Prizes will be drawn at the promoters Head Office every 2 months, beginning 2 months from the competition Start Date and ending on the competition End Date.

1st prize draw: Friday 1st May 12 noon

2nd prize draw: Wednesday 1st July 12 noon

3rd prize draw: Tuesday 1st September 12 noon

4th prize draw: Monday 2nd November 12 noon

5th prize draw: Monday 4th January 12 noon

  1. Prizes must be collected from the participating butcher shop point of purchase with a date will be arranged between the promoter and winner.

  2. The results of the lottery as well as a winners photo (customer and butcher) will be published online at Bruemar.com as well as on online social channels.

  3. The Prize for the winning customer and butcher for each draw will be determined by the Promoter but will be valued at $500 each. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.

  4. The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

  5. All entries in the competition become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information such as name and email address from entrants to conduct the competition and may, in the course of business, disclose the personal information to third parties, as required. Entry in this competition is conditional on provision of the personal information requested. Entries may be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity in various forms by the Promoter, and the entrant consents to such use. Entrants may direct any request to access their personal information to the Promoter.

  6. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the competition without notice.

  7. The Promoter is not liable for any loss (including loss of opportunity) or damage (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or inconsequential loss) or personal injury in relation to this competition or the use of, or participation in, the prize.

  8. Terms and conditions of any prizes must be adhered to.

  9. These Terms & Conditions will bind this and any future entry by you into a competition on this site and may be updated from time to time.
