STICKY PORK BELLY &
What you need to Get:
1 Pack Marinated Pork Belly Bites with
Smokey BBQ Flavoured Sauce
+ 1/4 watermelon, cut into 2cm pieces
+ 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced into ribbons, lengthways
+ mint leaves to garnish
What you need to do:
1. Preheat oven to 150 °C (fan forced). Remove outer packaging and set aside sauce sachet for later use. Remove belly bites from pouch and place onto a baking rack on an ovenable dish. Place in the centre of the oven and cook for 45 minutes.
2. Remove belly bites from oven and transfer to a clean baking dish. Pour the contents of the sauce sachet evenly over the meat, stirring through and cook for a further 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
3. Then thread 1 cucumber ribbon onto a small skewer followed by 1 piece of watermelon and 1 Pork Belly bite. Repeat until all ingredients have been used.
4. Arrange skewers on a serving platter and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
