Pork Cutlets with
Tabouleh Salad

WHat you need to get:

2 Packs Bruemar Pork Cutlets with Spices and Herbs

+ 200g Cous Cous

+ 250g cherry tomatoes, finely diced

+ ½ cucumber, finely diced

+ 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped

+ 1/3 cup fresh mint, chopped

+ 2 tablespoons olive oil

+ 3 tablespoons lemon juice

+ 1 garlic clove, minced

+ Salt and pepper

What you need to do:

  1. Cook the cous cous according to pack instructions. Use a fork to fluff the couscous and break up any clumps. Set aside.

  2. Place Cutlets into a greased low-medium heat frying pan. Cook Cutlets for 7-8 minutes on each side, turning only once. 

  3. Meanwhile combine cous cous, tomatoes, cucumber, parsley, mint. remaining tablespoon of oil and 3 tablespoons of lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges if desired.
