WHat you need to get:

1kg Bruemar Pork Belly

+ 1 tablespoon ginger, grated

+ 1/2 cup soy sauce

+ 2 garlic cloves, mince

+ 2 tablespoon miso paste

+ 1 tablespoon brown sugar

+ 2 cups chicken stock (salt-reduced)

 

+ 4 eggs, boiled to your preference

+ noodles

 

To serve:

+ 2 radishes, sliced

+ 2 carrots, thinly sliced

+ 1/2 lettuce, sliced

+ mung bean sprouts

What you need to do:

1. Place the Pork Belly, ginger soy sauce, garlic, miso paste, brown sugar, chicken stock and 2 cups of water in a slow cooker.

2. Cover and cook on low for for 6 hours, or until the Pork is tender. Remove and set aside to cool.

3. Meanwhile cook the noodles according to packet instructions.

4. Remove the pork belly skin and discard. Cut into 1 cm thick slices.

5. Divide the soup and noodles amongst bowl. Top with Pork Belly, vegetables and boiled eggs.
