PINEAPPLE AND TERIYAKI PORTERHOUSE STEAKS
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET:
+ 1 cup (200g) jasmine rice
+ 2 cups (500ml) water
+ 1 tea spoon salt
+ 1 pack Bruemar Pork Porterhouse Steaks with Teriyaki
+ 1 tin pineapple slices
+ 1 handful fresh coriander, chopped
+ 1-2 tsp. sesame seeds
+ 1 tbsp. olive oil
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
1. Place water and salt in a saucepan and bring to the boil, then add the rice and cook for 10 minutes. Continue to stir while cooking. When ready, strain water off and sit for 5 minutes.
2. While rice is cooking, set stove to medium-high heat and place a frying pan with olive oil. Cook each side of the porterhouse for 2-3 minutes (to your liking).
3. Add pineapple slices to the pan and cook each side for 30 seconds.
4. Construct pork steaks with pineapple on top and serve with rice. Garnish steaks with sesame seeds and coriander.
